Most AI training is made by technical people for technical people, and it's far more than most small businesses and organisations will ever use. What you need is much smaller and much more useful: the jobs you repeat every week, turned into workflows that run without you. Nobody had built that version, so I built it, and both of my businesses run on it every day.
My background is governance and risk, so every workflow I build does the prep and puts it in front of you to decide, unless you've chosen to let it run. Nothing gets handed over until it's been tested and you're comfortable with it.

ABOUT SHANNON
Almost a decade running the operations behind other people's work, and nearly four years putting AI to work on mine.
Before Sqylark I worked in program management, stakeholder engagement, partnerships and governance, in not-for-profits and education and then in government.
When I had my kids I wanted my time back, so I started my own business, sold thousands of digital products with no team and built every system behind it myself. When AI arrived I went all in. I added a Generative AI Leader certificate to my business and psychology degrees, taught myself to code and built my own app with no developers.
Then I hit the wall I see every week now. AI was doing clever things for me in one tab while I cleared my own inbox after dinner. So I gave it roles, rules and schedules and trained it the way my HR background taught me to train staff. That became The Back Office, and everything I sell is running my own business right now.
